Grundsätzlich kann man sagen, dass dieser Bausatz nicht unbedingt der schlechteste ist, jedoch ganz ohne Schleifen uns spachteln kommt man hier nicht aus.
Gerade die Lufteinläufe sind als eher schlecht durchdacht zu bezeichnen,sodaß ich diese mit F.O.D Cover in Eigenregie versah.

Dem Bausatz liegen nur geschlossene Nozzles bei, da ich aber die Maschine in Parkposition darstellen wollte, musste ich auf den Hasegawa Kit zurückgreifen, und mir die geöffnete Nozzle ausleihen. Die Hasegawa Düse ist etwas zu groß, deshalb musste ein Teilsegment aus dem Ring entfern werden, wodurch die Düse letztendlich genau passte.

Basically, one can say that this kit is not necessarily the worst, but without sanding we do not get rid of here. Just the air intakes are to be described as rather poorly thought out, so that I provided them with F.O.D Cover on my own. The kit contains only closed Nozzles, but I wanted to show the machine in parking position, I had to fall back on the Hasegawa Kit, and borrow the open Nozzle. The Hasegawa nozzle is a little too large, so a sub-segment had to be removed from the ring, which ultimately fitted the nozzle exactly.

Das Cockpit wurde aus dem Bausatz übernommen, lediglich die Sitze stammen aus dem Eduard Danger Zone Kit.

Lackiert wurde die Maschine mit Farben von Gunze und Alclad und gealtert mit Produkten von MIG (Dark Wash, Cold gray Wash und etwas Neutral Wash) + diversen Ölfarben.

Die Decals lieferte mir hierbei Fightertown Decals. Verarbeitungstechnisch gesehen sind diese Top allerdings liegt den Decalbögen keine direkte Anleitung bei, so musste ich mich zum großteil an die Bausatzanleitung halten. Für ein weiteres Ärgernis sorgte Fightertown das weder die Formationslichter noch die BouNo. für meine Maschine auf den Decalbogen zu finden waren, obwohl die 1609020 darstellbar ist, hierzu musste ich mir die Korrekte Nummer zusammenbasteln.

Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass der Bau an sich spaß gemacht hat auch wenn es nicht immer leicht war bin ich mit dem Resultat zufrieden.

The cockpit was taken from the kit, only the seats are from the Eduard Danger Zone Kit. The machine was painted with Gunze and Alclad paints and aged with products from MIG (Dark Wash, Cold Gray Wash and a little Neutral Wash) + various oil colors. The Decals delivered Fightertown Decals. As far as processing technology is concerned, however, these are the top decal sheets and no direct instructions, so I had to stick to the kit instructions for the most part. For another nuisance Fightertown caused neither the formation lights nor the BouNo. for my machine were to be found on the Decalsheet, although the 1609020 is representable, this I had to assemble the correct number together. Finally, I would like to say that the built itself was fun, although it was not always easy, I am satisfied with the result.
