LP Models ist ein Hersteller aus Tschechien, der es sich Anfang 2020 zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, Leiter für Flugzeuge in allen Maßstäben im 3D Resindruckverfahren herzustellen.

Ich zeige dir in diesem Fall eine dieser Leitern für die F-104 Starfighter im Maßstab 1/48 die mir von LP-Models zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.

Geliefert wird die Leiter in einem kleinen, aber sehr stabilen Karton (85mm x 55mm x 40mm) und eingepackt in einer Plastiktüte. Die Schachtel an sich reicht als Verpackung meiner Ansicht nach vollkommen aus, denn nach mehrmaligen auf den Boden fallen lassen und an die Wand werfen fing die Leiter im inneren nicht kaputt.

Gleich nachdem auspacken fällt auf, dass ja ähhhm eigentlich nichts auffällt und das ist gut so, denn weder Grat noch irgendwelche sichtbaren Spuren vom Druck sind vorhanden. Der Detailgrad ist für mich als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Kurzum ist die Leiter „Ready to use“ AUSPACKEN, ENTFETTEN, LACKIEREN, FERTIG.

Als Fazit kann ich nur sagen, dass diese Resinleitern eine echte Alternative zu Ätzteilen sind und ich in Zukunft auf diese Produkte zurückgreifen werde.

LP Models is a manufacturer from the Czech Republic, which at the beginning of 2020 made it its business to produce ladders for aircrafts in all scales using the 3D Resin Printing Process.

In this case I show you one of these ladders for the F-104 Starfighter in scale 1/48 which was provided to me by LP-Models.

The ladder is delivered in a small but very stable cardboard box (85mm x 55mm x 40mm) and packed in a plastic bag. The box itself is in my opinion sufficient as packaging, because after dropping it on the floor and throwing it against the wall several times, the ladder did not break inside.

Immediately after unpacking it is noticeable that, well, nothing is really noticeable, which is good because there is no burr or any visible traces of the print. The level of detail is very good for me. In short, the ladder is „Ready to use“ unpack it, degrease it, paint it and finish it.

As a conclusion I can only say that these resin ladders are a real alternative to etched parts and I will use these products in the future.
