Ebenfalls im Rahmen eines Gemeinschaftsprojektes entstand aus dem bekannten und bewährten 1:72er-Kit von Hasegawa diese Grumman F-14A Tomcat der Iranischen Luftwaffe, genannt „Alicat“ im blau/grauen Tarnkleid. Die Decals stammen von Hi Decal line und auch hier stellten die Farben von Lifecolor bei der Verarbeitung eine Herausforderung dar.
Nebst den Resinsitzen von True Details und dem Pitotrohr von Master, galt es zusätzlich, die Bewaffnung anzupassen. Aus einem Waffenset von ICM wurden die R-73 Raketen entnommen und die aus Resin und Ätzteilen bestehenden MIM-23 Hawk sind vom kleinen chinesischen Hersteller Windwalk-Models.

Also within the framework of a joint project, this Grumman F-14A Tomcat of the Iranian Air Force, called „Alicat“ in blue / gray camouflage, emerged from Hasegawa’s well-known 1:72 kit.
